At Blossom Lane Florist, we’re committed to quality, freshness, and customer satisfaction. Every bouquet and gift we send is thoughtfully arranged to ensure it arrives in beautiful condition.

Due to the perishable nature of flowers and plants, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. However, if an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll happily investigate the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

If you’re not satisfied with your order for any reason, please contact our team promptly with a photo and your order details so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Perishable Goods

Flowers are a natural and time-sensitive product. As such, we do not accept returns for change of mind. If you believe your flowers were delivered in poor condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo and proof of purchase. Each case will be assessed individually, and where appropriate, we will offer a replacement or partial refund.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not offer refunds or returns on:

  • Custom floral arrangements
  • Perishable goods (including flowers, food hampers, and plants)
  • Gift cards
  • Items that have been used or removed from original packaging

Faulty or Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged or not as described, we’ll offer one of the following:

  • A replacement (subject to availability), or
  • A partial or full refund

Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order and include the following:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue
  • A short description of the problem

Refund Process

If your refund request is approved, we’ll process it to your original method of payment within 3–5 business days. Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to finalise the transaction.

Returns (If Applicable)

Please do not return items to our store without prior arrangement. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted or processed.
