Delivery Availability and Cut-off Times

Blossom Lane guarantees same-day delivery on orders placed:

Before 2:00pm Monday to Friday
Before 12:00pm Saturday

During peak periods, such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, or Christmas, we may need to close off same-day delivery earlier than usual. We appreciate your understanding during these busy times.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer delivery services on Sundays or public holidays (excluding special events like Mother’s Day).

Delivery Timings

Residential deliveries will be completed by 7:00pm
Business deliveries will be completed by 5:00pm

If your delivery requires arrival by a specific time (such as before 10:00am), a Timed/VIP Delivery Surcharge may apply. Timed delivery requests must be placed at least 24 hours in advance, and availability may vary based on location.

Saturday timed deliveries cannot be guaranteed. While we aim to meet delivery preferences, specific timing requests on Saturdays are accepted on a best-effort basis only.

Important Delivery Information

Recipient Not Home
If no one is available at the delivery address, our couriers will leave the flowers in a shaded, safe, and visible location where possible. If no suitable location is found, or if property access is restricted (for example, locked gates or security buildings), the order will be returned to Blossom Lane. Redelivery will incur a new delivery fee.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure accurate delivery instructions are provided, including safe places to leave deliveries if the recipient may not be home.

Late Orders
Orders received after the same-day cut-off times may be automatically rescheduled for the next available delivery day without notice. Cut-off times are listed on each product and on our delivery policy pages.

Address Accuracy and Contact Information

Please ensure that all recipient details, including full delivery address, phone number, and any relevant access information, are provided correctly at the time of ordering.

Blossom Lane accepts no responsibility for issues arising from incorrect delivery information. In cases where incorrect addresses are provided, a redelivery fee will be charged. Additional return fees may also apply if the order needs to be returned to the store.

Reception Desk and Third-Party Deliveries

Blossom Lane does not accept responsibility for flowers that are left with third parties, such as reception desks, building managers, or front offices. Once delivery is confirmed to the address provided, responsibility for the care and handover of the flowers passes to the recipient or the third party at that location.

Unattended Deliveries

If permission is given for flowers to be left unattended (such as around the back of a property) and it becomes clear that the recipient will not return within a reasonable time frame (e.g., the recipient is on holiday), Blossom Lane will not be held responsible for loss, theft, damage, or deterioration of the arrangement. No refunds or replacements will be offered under these circumstances.
