Minimum Spend
Blossom Lane does not enforce a minimum spend policy. If you wish to make a purchase outside the listed price options on our website, please contact us directly on 0455 266 216 to place your order over the phone.
All prices are in AUD and inclusive of GST (10%).
Cancellations & Order Changes
Cancellations
To cancel an order, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled delivery date is required. Cancellations are refunded less a $20 administration fee to cover costs incurred.
Delivery Date Changes
If you need to reschedule your order, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance — there is no fee for this.
Date changes requested within 24 hours of delivery may incur a charge, assessed case-by-case.
Orders in Transit
Once your order has been prepared or dispatched, it is no longer eligible for cancellation or refund. In exceptional cases, we may be able to redirect your order to a different address; redirection fees will apply based on the individual delivery circumstances.
Flower Availability & Substitution Policy
At Blossom Lane, we always strive to deliver the floral design you selected. However, as flower availability can vary daily, our florists work with the best in-season and locally available blooms to create beautiful arrangements.
To avoid disappointment, we recommend choosing from our Florist’s Choice or Gift Hamper collections.
All product images shown are examples only. Designs may vary slightly based on natural flower variation and seasonal changes. By placing your order, you agree to entrust our experienced team with selecting the most suitable seasonal alternatives when needed.
- Flowers: Substitutions may be made at our discretion if specific flowers are unavailable.
- Vessels: We reserve the right to substitute the vessel or container where needed, ensuring the overall design remains balanced and brand-consistent.
- Hampers: If a substitution is required for a hamper item, we will make every effort to contact you first.
Flower Care
It is the recipient’s responsibility to follow the flower care instructions provided with the order. Proper care is essential to ensure the longevity and quality of the blooms.
Returns & Refunds
Blossom Lane complies with the Australian Consumer Protection laws.
Flowers are perishable natural products, and their lifespan varies by variety. While we take care to use the freshest stock, we cannot guarantee identical results to product photos, due to seasonality and natural variation.
Refund Eligibility:
- We must be notified within 2 days of delivery to assess any refund or replacement requests.
- Refunds are not available due to change of mind or design preferences.
- If flowers perish within 3 days and all care instructions have been followed, or if we have delivered the incorrect item, we may offer a replacement or gift certificate at our discretion.
We may request photographs of the product for verification. Refunds or replacements cannot be issued if the original flowers have been disposed of or if images are not provided.
Delivery of Alcohol
In accordance with liquor licensing regulations:
- Alcohol must be delivered with flowers, plants, or gifts.
- Alcohol cannot be left unattended. A person over 18 years old must be present to receive the delivery.
- If no eligible recipient is present, redelivery will be required and additional fees will apply.
Blossom Lane does not deliver alcohol to individuals under 18 under any circumstances.
Customer Information & Privacy
In rare cases, Blossom Lane may be required to disclose customer information in good faith where:
- Required by law or legal proceedings
- Necessary to enforce our customer terms
- Needed to protect the rights, property, or safety of our team, customers, or others
We handle all personal data in accordance with privacy laws and ethical standards.
Compliance with the Competition and Consumer Act
Under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) and the Australian Consumer Law, Blossom Lane’s liability for any breach is limited to:
- Re-supplying the goods or services
- Replacing the goods
- Covering the cost of re-supply
Age Restriction
You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase any alcohol products via the Blossom Lane website.
